Tender Description
RACQ is seeking proposals for the supply of dedicated and skilled Process Modelling Consultants to support the development of process models using BPMN2 methods and utilizing RACQs standards and templates. Further, RACQ is seeking support to provide education, training and quality assurance for internal staff capturing processes.
RACQ is developing a Process Governance Framework, to define how our business processes are designed, executed, monitored and improved. RACQ is currently using Microsoft Visio to produce process models and Orbus Software's OrbusInfinity (previously called iServer365) which extends and enhances Visio's diagramming interface. The data will remain within RACQs systems.
