This document has been prepared on behalf of the member councils of the Riverina Eastern Regional Council of Councils (“REROC”) Waste Forum (A subcommittee of REROC).

The REROC Waste Forum is a voluntary Regional Waste Group located in the eastern Riverina region of NSW. The Member Councils are Bland, Coolamon, Cootamundra- Gundagai, Greater Hume, Junee, Lockhart, Temora and Wagga Wagga.

This Resourcing Sharing Project for the Collection and Disposal of Waste Metal is the result of assessments made by Participating Councils regarding the quantity and the possible advantages that can be gained through a regional collection.

It is REROC’s intention to select a Contractor for a one-off Collection and Disposal of Metal Waste for the Participating Councils that have elected to participate in this procurement. The lowest, or any particular quotation may not be accepted and not all Councils may participate.

These quantities are an estimate only and will not form part of the contract. REROC and its Participating Councils provide no undertaking, guarantee or warranty that they will participate in the final contract or that the Waste Metal estimates provided will be matched during the life of the contract.
