This ATM is to engage the team of Design Consultants consists of (but not limited to);

1- Principal Design Consultant (Architecture)

2- Sub-consultants (Engineering)

i- Electrical engineering including IT and AV

ii- Acoustic engineering

iii- Hydraulics engineering

iv- Fire engineering

v- Mechanical engineering

vi- Structural engineering

vii- Building Code of Australia (BCA) compliance

viii- Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) / access consultant

ix- Sustainable design services

x- Hazardous materials consultant

xi - Any other consultants as required

Tenderers to provide pricing schedules as per the following:

Design phase - Submit the fixed tender prices for each design discipline to deliver the design scope in accordance with the Statement of Requirements attached with this ATM and the key milestones.

Construction phase - Provide a client controlled Provisional Sum and a schedule of rates for design consultancy during the project construction phase as the Superintendent’s Representative. (Refer to Statement of Requirements for further details)

Defects Liability Period - Provide a client controlled Provisional Sum and a Schedule of Rates for consultancy services during the 12 month of defects liability period.

Other Instructions: The Principal Design Consultant is responsible for engaging and managing the team of sub-consultants under the scope of this procurement.

Conditions for Participation:

The Customer will exclude from participation any Potential Supplier that does not demonstrate compliance with:

- Workers Compensation as required by law in ACT.

- Public Liability insurance to a value of $20 million per event

- Professional Indemnity / Negligence insurance to a value of $5 million for any one claim

Timeframe for Delivery: In line with the milestone descriptions in A.A.2(d) of the ATM documentation.
