This tender is a shared project between VicHealth and Sport and Recreation Victoria. VicHealth will lead the tender procurement process, and hold the contractual arrangements with the successful provider

This tender seeks to appoint a provider to work with each of Victoria’s nine Regional Sports Assemblies (RSAs) to develop:

1 a financial sustainability plan which provides each organisation with information and guidance on actions and strategies that they can implement and deliver to work towards becoming more financially sustainable and viable organisations and continue to achieve community benefit.

2 a performance reporting framework that provides a baseline of key performance indicators to enable the performance of RSAs in 2023-24 and 2024-25 to be measured and inform both SRV and VicHealth’s investment into RSAs in 2025-26 and 2026-27
