Mildura Rural City Council is seeking to appoint a suitable consultant/team with experience in urban design and/or landscape architecture; to deliver detailed streetscape designs for Langtree Avenue, Mildura, between Seventh Street and Eighth Streets (also known as Feast Street), having recently endorsed a preferred concept design.

INSPECTION: A site inspection with Council is available on request via the forum. Inspections are recommended however not mandatory.

SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can ONLY be submitted electronically. Respondents will receive a confirmation email response upon completion.

Submissions must be fully received by the closing time as late submissions will not be accepted. Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. All responses must be made by online submission. Any response made by any other means (open email, facsimile, post or in person) will not be considered.
