Borinya Wangaratta Community Partnership is governed by Catholic Education Sandhurst Limited (CES Ltd). For more than 160 years Catholic schools have been providing education for families in the Sandhurst Diocese.

Borinya is a transitional school that caters for young people, 12 to 18 years of age, who are disengaged or at risk of disengaging from mainstream school. Borinya was established on farmland in College St Wangaratta, close to the native environment surrounding the Ovens River. This setting provides opportunities for sustainability projects, horticulture and animal care. Borinya works in partnership with government bodies, community agencies and other schools in finding effective ways of engaging young people, building social competence of families and assisting individuals to become active members of the community.

Borinya WCP is currently looking to engage Master Planning Services for the building of the next steps for future development of the school.

Shortlisted proposals will be invited to onsite tour of Borinya as part of the grading process.
