We invite reputable and experienced head contractors to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for the construction of a state-of-the-art Residential Aged Care Project in Wynnum, Brisbane. This project is a significant milestone for the Winnam Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders Corporation, aiming to provide exceptional care and support to the elderly members of their community.
Project Overview:
The Residential Aged Care Project will be a single-level facility comprising 32 bedrooms, designed to accommodate the unique needs of the elderly residents. The facility will also include Day Respite facilities, Palliative Care units, and dedicated Administration facilities. It is our collective vision to create a nurturing environment that fosters a sense of community and promotes holistic well-being.
The Purpose:
The overarching goal of this EOI process is to identify competent and qualified head contractors to participate in the second tender stage of the project. We are seeking construction companies with a proven track record in delivering high-quality aged care facilities. The successful contractors will play a pivotal role in bringing the vision of the Winnam Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders Corporation to life.

How to Participate:
Head contractors who wish to be considered for prequalification in the second tender stage must submit their Expression of Interest in accordance with the guidelines. The EOI should provide a comprehensive overview of the contractor's relevant experience, capabilities, and commitment to the project's objectives.
