Tender Description
To renew the central courtyard to resolve water ingress issues.
This will involve:
• The removal of the existing tiles and the waterproof membranes back to raw concrete.
• The removal of the existing plants, soil and membrane from the planter boxes.
• The clearing of pebbles from the current central water feature and the removal of the current membrane back to raw concrete.
• Installation of a new membrane as per manufacturers specifications, Australian standards and building regulations.
• Re purpose or reinstatement of the water feature.
• New paving, new capping tiles and reinstatement of the planter boxes.
