The National Trust Australia (Victoria) is inviting expressions of interest for commercial activation, revitalisation and sustainable adaptive reuse of the historic Portarlington Mill, located in in the coastal town of Portarlington, Victoria. The Mill holds significant cultural and historical value, representing a unique opportunity to breathe new life into an iconic landmark.
Interested parties are requested to submit their Expression of Interest electronically to the National Trust Australia (Victoria) by the specified deadline. All information provided in the response to this REOI will be treated as confidential by the National Trust Australia (Victoria).
