The Arts and Culture Trust (ACT) is seeking a qualified supplier for the delivery, installation and maintenance of an Audience Retractable Seating System at the ACT managed State Theatre Centre of Western Australia (STCWA) in Perth WA. The scope also includes the provision of training to ACT personnel. 

A site visit will be held at State Theatre Centre of Western Australia, 174 - 176 William Street, Northbridge, Perth at 8 Aug, 2023 1:00 PM.

The Respondent is requested to confirm its attendance by no later than 5:00 PM AWST, Thursday, 3 August 2023 by contacting Matthew Nankivell at 0412 115 175.

The Respondent may attend the Briefing online via MS Teams. Upon confirming its attendance, the Respondent must advise whether it wants to attend the meeting in-person or online.

An online meeting invite will be emailed to Respondents wishing to attend the Briefing via MS Teams.
