The Council of the City of Sydney ("Council") invites tenders for the provision of Indigenous-led, land-sector, Australian Carbon Credit Units (ACCU), over five years, FY24-FY28.

Purchased annually, these credits will offset the City's FY23-FY27 emissions for ongoing, annual carbon neutral certification, and must meet the eligible offset unit criteria as defined by the most recent Australian Government Climate Active Carbon Neutral Standard for Organisations for the purchase year. Currently this includes a vintage year later than 2012.

This supply of carbon credits will also contribute to build and strengthen meaningful relationships and enhance the economic prosperity of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and organisations in accordance with the City's Stretch Reconciliation Plan.
