The Queensland Government has committed $75 million to develop the Queensland Resources Common User Facility (QRCUF) as a state-owned demonstration scale mineral processing facility, capable of trialling processing methods and technologies for critical minerals and rare earth elements.

The State is in the process of procuring a Managing Contractor to deliver the QRCUF.

Queensland Treasury is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced person (the Principal’s Representative) to act as the representative of the State under the Managing Contractor contracts and provide general project management support and construction verification services to the State to ensure the QRCUF is delivered fit for its intended purpose, on time and on budget.
