Council requires a contractor to supply, install, dismantle and maintain on an annual basis Christmas decoration for Black Rock Clock Tower. This is a separate contract to CON/23/27 and will be evaluated separately.

Council is not bound to accept any Offer, including the lowest priced, and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Council or Staff shall disqualify the relevant Respondent.

Faxed, emailed, hard copy or verbal Competitive Bid will not be considered.
