Maintain existing incoming low voltage supply from Zinfra/United Energy’s existing street reticulation/service pole to supply the new external property boundary service protection device/site main switchboard and metering for the site facilities – Include all costs and charges for “disconnection” and “Reconnection” of supply and metering installations.

New external site main switchboard, distribution, and metering provisions.

All new underground sub-mains site reticulation, to serve the proposed floodlighting installations and sub-switchboards.

New external floodlighting sub-distribution boards to serve the new floodlighting installations and future Netball Courts.

Disconnection/Reconnection of existing consumer supplies/metering installations from existing external site switchboard/metering cubicle to new external site main switchboard/metering cubicle.

Maintain existing pole-mounted floodlighting installations and public lighting to the reserve untilcompletion of the new works and cut-over retained existing circuits and lighting installations and reconnect to new switchboards.

All underground supplies including “boring” below existing driveways, walking tracks/footpaths trenching, excavation, rock removal, underground heavy-duty PVC conduits complete with drawwires/nylon ropes, ‘trafficable’ – “lockable” service pits, backfill, and site reinstatement to the Superintendent’s approval for all new electrical underground site reticulation.

Secure installation of new electrical services pits to suit new layouts, all new pits shall be ‘bedded’ within in-ground concrete surrounds. After installation of all cabling to the existing and new service pits, they shall be filled/compacted with “Orange Fatty (Brick) Sand” to within 100mm of the pit lid collar and the top 100mm of the pits will be filled with concrete.

Supply/installation of all approved “Bored Pier” footings and installation of (4) new “Ingaleps”/”Coslee”/”Urban Lighting Group” or approved equivalent 28m (fixed) steel masts with ‘ Cross Arms’, structural cages and all fittings to the AFL Oval.

Supply and install approved floodlight sets “Apex Lighting – Australian Certified Philips - Optivision” GEN 3.5/4S 1500W LED to provide average ground illumination for “100 Lux - Competition”/ 150 Lux “AFL Competition” Standards.

Supply and install underground HD PVC conduits and wiring to all floodlighting masts.
