Western Victoria PHN, on behalf of a consortium of participating PHNs from across Australia, invites organisations with the capability to deliver on a national project to develop a Residential Aged Care Home (RACH) telehealth training package, in consultation with the PHN Telehealth Training Project working group and the PHN Telehealth Training Project Advisory Committee.
