SCSPL is seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the supply of management services for the 780 bay Southern Cross Station commercial car park. The proposal will include the blueprint for how the organisation will:

• Provide parking management services.
• Install the latest, tested, future-proofed, and fully integrated parking management technology platform.
• Undertake car park improvements and upgrade works.
• Provide and deliver “implementation”, “marketing”, and “operational” plan, including yield management.
• Be instrumental in creating a secure parking environment that provides a superior customer experience.
• Be proactive and provide regular relevant detailed reports and work closely with SCSPL to increase incremental revenue.

The Car Park Management service agreement is a key commercial contract at SCSPL and as a result, we are looking to select a partner who can also exhibit the following in their submission:

• A financial offer that reflects all parts of the SCSPL opportunity and allows for financial success to be shared between the parties. Submission of a comprehensive business plan setting out targets for growth over the contract period, and the methodology to achieve. A competitive and customer-focused approach. A partner that demonstrates the capability to service major transport hubs to achieve outstanding results. All required licenses, compatible quality assurance systems, and sustainability programs. Sufficient staff and equipment to execute contractual responsibilities.
