Cushman & Wakefield acts as an Agent to Schools Infrastructure NSW (SINSW) Hunter and Central Coast Region and seeks to engage Local Contractors for the provision of maintenance services to public schools in the region. This Open Tender relates to the provision of reactive maintenance services.
The focus is on the engagement of Local Contractors based within areas local to the schools to be serviced - if you or your business can self-deliver reactive maintenance services to one or more schools in this region, we welcome your participation in this process.
Local Contractors are being sought to provide the following services:

- Cleaning - Ad hoc, Specialised, Graffiti and Construction

- Landscaping
- Kiln Maintenance
- Locksmiths
- Multi-trades
- Pest Control
- Plastering/Rendering
- Playground Specialists

- Refrigeration Mechanical Services

Opportunities relating to Proactive works (preventative maintenance) will be released in mid to end of August.
Submissions
Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box. Tenderers will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.
Enquiries
Request for Proposal enquiries should be directed via the online forum. Cushman & Wakefield personnel are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Verbal, or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
Closing Date and Time
This tender will remain open for a minimum of 6 months.
