We are seeking subcontractors with excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently to deliver exceptional results.

As a Vinyl Layer subcontractor, you will be responsible for installing and replacing vinyl flooring and carpets. You should have good coordination skills, be able to work independently and have knowledge of different vinyl flooring, carpet, and adhesive types. A commitment to high-quality workmanship with evidence of previous work is required.

We are specifically looking for plumbers located in Portland. As a Plumber subcontractor, you should have experience in installing and repairing plumbing systems in commercial and residential buildings. You should have knowledge of the plumbing codes and different materials used in the plumbing industry. A current plumbing license and a commitment to safety are essential for this role.

As Painter's subcontractors, your main responsibility will be painting the interior and exterior of the buildings. You should have excellent color perception, good attention to detail, and a commitment to dexterity. All subcontractors must be able to work professionally in various weather conditions.

As a Handy Man subcontractor, you will be an all-around skilled worker responsible for carrying out various maintenance and repair tasks. We are seeking subcontractors that are organized, have excellent problem-solving skills, and are able to communicate well with customers. All subcontractors must be efficient and provide high-quality workmanship.

As a Fencing subcontractor, you will be skilled in fencing removal and installing various types of fencing including but not limited to colourbond and timber. We are seeking well-organized subcontractors with good communication, quality workmanship, and reliability.
