Request for Expressions of Interest for the delivery of Integrated Facilities Management and Workplace Services.
TfNSW is planning a two-stage procurement process for the Integrated Facilities Management and Workplace Services Contract.
Stage 1: a Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEOI) to the open market intended to provide a shortlist of suitable Applicants to participant in Stage 2; and
Stage 2: a restricted Request for Tender (RFT) issued to invited Shortlisted Applicants only.
The Scope of Works covers the following service lines:
