The Shire of Leonora (Shire) is seeking quotes for the provision of a highly skilled Work Health and Safety (WHS) service that is well-versed in the latest WHS Act 2020 and the WHS (General) Regulations 2022, as well as the most recent Codes of Practice.

This WHS Service is expected to take on the roles of the Shire’s WHS leader, design the WHS approach and deliver the required support and training to support the Shire in meeting WHS compliance. It is essential to note that the WHS Service is expected to resolve any WHS issues that arise and not merely identify them.

• The WHS Service will be responsible for providing advice, managing, and developing protocols that will enable the Shire to meet all of our obligations under the WHS Act and Regulations.
• The Shire expects the WHS Service to be highly proactive and take full ownership of all WHS duties.
