The Australian Human Rights Commission is seeking proposals and costings for cloud hosting services for our websites. We have 6 websites, all are built on Drupal 9 (soon to be upgraded to version 10).
Our preferred agreement length is a three (3) year term. We are seeking to subscribe to a managed Drupal service that will reduce the time needed from our in-house developer updating Drupal Core updates and module updates across our 6 websites.
The Supplier would be expected to provide ongoing Professional Drupal update services for our. CMS updates would include: core updating, security patches and module updates. This would include post update testing. Conditions of participation include: • Compliance with Guidelines listed in the DTA hosting certification framework (to a Certified Assured level) to mitigate against the risks of hacks, data leaks and website defacement:
Provide hosting within Australia. No data should be taken or stored offshore. This includes application and database containers, data backups, object cache servers, search index servers, and a distributed filesystem and request router. • Offer a managed Drupal updating service (Drupal core updating, security patches and module updates).
