The Mayors of the three Wairarapa Councils are partnering to deliver the MTFJ) Programme regionally. Our population of Not in Education, Employment, or Training (NEETs), rangatahi and our businesses often cross territorial authority boundaries so a collaborative approach to the delivery of this contract is being taken with this round of funding.
