Request for Quotations (RFQ) are invited from interested motor vehicle suppliers and will be received by 2.00 pm Friday 25th August 2023 for the replacement of motor vehicles as listed in the Excel file attachment of this RFQ.

Oberon Council is seeking replacement pricing for motor vehicles of similar or like capacity and including various model options. e.g. 4WD/AWD. Please note the nominated inclusions for each vehicle must also be clearly itemised in your submission/s.

Council is NOT seeking trade pricing of its existing vehicles, understanding that the current market and delivery times most likely will vary. All questions in relation to this RFQ must be directed through the tendering portal whereby all suppliers will receive information to the Q & responses from Council's Plant Manager.
