Oberon Council has recently announced a transition for the management of the Oberon Fitness Centre and Pool Complex from the YMCA NSW back to Oberon Council.

Oberon Council is seeking expressions of interest from interested persons for roles as Pool Lifeguards and Swim Instructors for the 2023/24 Pool Season.

It is expected the Swim Season will commence in early October 2023 until April 2024. Training and updates will be provided to all successful staff as part of Oberon Council’s commitment to staff training and wellbeing. A current First Aid Certificate is desirable but not a pre-requisite for applying.
