The U.S. Consulate in Melbourne has a requirement for a vendor to provide new office chairs for a department at the consulate in Melbourne.

The full scope of works for the project is to supply, deliver and install 15 office chairs at the US Consulate General, Melbourne. The chairs should be Herman Miller-Aeron Chairs, Medium (B), Graphite or similar. The quote should cover all costs and be inclusive of GST.

We intend to award a purchase order for the required Commodity without negotiation.

Proposals should represent the contractor’s best and final offer. (Please note that collusion with other potential offerors with regard to price quotations would result in being precluded from doing business with the US Government.)

The RFQ does not commit the U.S. Embassy to make any award. The Embassy may cancel this RFQ or any part of it.

All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered.

Requests for Quotes closes at 5pm on Wednesday 23rd August 2023. All quotes must be submitted to SechlerNR@state.gov by the deadline to be considered.
