Brisbane Catholic Education invites suitably qualified and experienced providers to submit an Expression of Interest for Stage 4 at St Joseph's College, Coomera.

Construction of Stage 4, includes the secondary administration building, GLA's, food technology spaces and stores, hospitality and carpark extension. The conversion of existing spaces into junior admin, GLA's and various areas, 2x new primary multi-purpose spaces and multiple covered areas. The Contractor is to have capacity for construction throughout late 2023 and throughout 2024.

This project has an approximate value of $12-$14 million. A tender panel will be selected from the names registered, capability statements and relevant experience should be submitted by 19 August 2023 in writing to: Superintendent@bne.catholic.net.au
