HNZPT is undertaking the Hokitika Government Building (also known as Seddon House) Project – the seismic strengthening, conservation, and adaptive reuse of the Hokitika Government Building for its intended use as an office tenancy. HNZPT is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from suitably qualified contractors (Respondents) who are interested in working with HNZPT and their project team.

Along with the broader project team, The Respondent is to take the vision of the strengthened building and make it a reality. Respondents must demonstrate an appropriately qualified, capable, and experienced team with a proven track record on complex heritage building projects.
