Hancock Victorian Plantations Pty Limited (HVP) is seeking Requests for Proposals (RFP) for the provision of road construction and maintenance services in its Ballarat and Colac Districts in Western Victoria.

The contract is available for up to 3 years, and commencing 1 December 2023.

The work involves the maintenance of the existing forestry road network and the construction of new forestry roads. The approximate average spend per annum for the three-year period is between $1.7M to $2M.

HVP reserves the right not to allocate all of the work depending on market demand. Proposals for Ballarat and/or Colac Districts are welcome

Lodgement of proposals close 5:00 pm on 8 September 2023.
