Massey University invites suitably experienced organisations to submit a quote to undertake an evaluability assessment and develop an evaluation strategy for a multi-project programme of work aimed at improving student academic outcomes in the tertiary environment (the Services).
The purpose of the development of the framework is to assess and support future evaluation of the effectiveness of the programme of activities in achieving its intended goals and identify opportunities for improvement.
Massey has a limited budget for this work and will assess quotes in terms of the relevant experience of the service provider and the appropriateness, thoroughness and robustness of the investigation and reporting process. Value for money will also be considered. The services must be delivered within a budget range of approximately $40,000 - $50,000 (excluding GST).
