We are wanting to secure new contract(s) for the provision of a Management & Leadership Development Program to commence on or before October 2023.

This will be a new service to Forensicare, there is currently no contract.

Anticipated value of contracts if known

Briefly, the scope of the requirements includes:

• Develop Training Modules
• Deliver training to the leadership team

Key objectives to be achieved from the procurement sourcing process are:

• Deliver an improved consumer experience by contracting supplier(s) with the right capability, capacity, and systems;
• Achieve value for money, including through opportunities for service consolidation;
• Conduct a best practice sourcing event; and
