Temora Shire Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from appropriately resourced companies to provide Management Services for the Temora Recreation Centre. Currently, this facility is managed by a Council employed Manager. However, with the decision of this staff member to step back from this role, Temora Shire Council is considering outsourcing this role to a specialised Recreation Centre Management firm.

Temora Shire Council is supportive of this approach to improve outcomes for the community in relation to equitable access, increased utilisation opportunities, and enhanced customer experience.

Temora Shire Council is seeking Expressions of Interest with the following stipulations:

- Admission fees and pool season length are controlled by Council (access equity)

- Admission fees retained by the Contractor

- Kiosk profits retained by the Contractor

- Major maintenance/capital improvements by Council

- Utilities paid for by Council
