GRNSW (Greyhound Racing NSW) is delighted to invite suitably qualified and experienced parties to participate in the tender process for the construction of New Racetrack, and associated Greyhound Racing Infrastructure at Taree Greyhound Racing Club.

Project Overview: The Project requires an upgrade of the Taree Greyhound Racing Club track including part demolition, alterations and additions, and associated work under a Complying Development Certificate. The key construction works for the project include, however, are not limited to, bulk earthworks, civil works including a new greyhound race track, retaining walls, utility connections, services infrastructure, landscaping, and fencing.

Scope of Work: The scope of work for the successful tenderer shall include the following:

Construction of new Racing Track, Site preparation, including demolition and removal of existing structures Installation of associated runs and facilities

•  Relevant licenses and certifications
•  Demonstrable experience in delivering high-quality projects within budget and on schedule
