Court Services Victoria (CSV) is seeking submissions for the provision of intake, assessment and case management services for four services within the Client Services Team (CST) at the Neighbourhood Justice Centre (NJC) for a period of up to six years.
The NJC catchment area is the City of Yarra. The centre is located at the corner of Perry and Wellington Streets, Collingwood.
Each of the four services are being procured separately, in parallel via tenders.vic.gov.au. Please ensure that you are responding to the relevant request based on the reference numbers listed below:

This RFQ is PRN245 - Financial Counselling Services
The purpose of the Financial Counselling Service is to provide support, assessment and case management to NJC clients. The work of this position is most relevant in complex matters presenting to the NJC in relation to financial matters that place clients at risk of falling into the justice system, including but not limited to infringement notices and outstanding debts and other financial matters that can contribute to the cycles of re-offending.
This role provides assessment and support for referred clients, specialist financial counselling services, secondary and tertiary consultation services and case management of appropriate NJC clients.
