As part of the System Operations team, you will take the lead in progressing ICT systems improvement projects in alignment with our ICT strategic plan. You will act as both a technical lead - utilizing your technical skills to choose appropriate ICT products and services (either performing the implementation tasks personally, or directing and quality checking vendor work), as well as project lead - determining project timeframes and resources, reporting on progress to management, and ensuring projects stay on schedule.

This position would be well suited to a self-directed individual with a broad range of IT skills and practical implementation experience and capabilities in a range of technologies. This position requires the candidate to lead delivery of ICT related projects from concept to implementation - in alignment with the delivery practices of the office.
