Tender Description
Spiire, in conjunction with Greater Western Water, is intending to release a Request for Tender in September 2023 for the Deanside Central Hopkins Rd Water Main. The project will include:
- Construction of approximately 270 metres of OD560mm Watermain as part of Deanside Central Stage 4 for Oreana Property Group, within the City of Melton. Contractors must be accredited with Greater Western Water for the supply of works and services in Category WC2 (for Construction of distribution water mains >280mm.
