Tenders are invited from suitable tenants for four Industrial lots in the Mount Magnet Transport Hub.

Four lots of varying sizes, comprising the Mount Magnet Transport Hub to the East of the townsite are currently available for short-term lease from the Shire of Mount Magnet. These lots are expected to be attractive to Haulage Companies seeking parking, transfer, and servicing locations outside of the townsite.
