Civil 360 and CTCS Development Management (CTCS), invites suitably qualified and experienced head contractors to tender on the construction of 340m of 4 lane carriage way, including associated earthworks & infrastructure (Including roadworks, stormwater, electrical water, and Landscape).

The site is located at 74 Foxwell Road, Coomera Queensland 4209 and is the extension of Railway Road to the south. The City of Gold Coast will partially fund the works as trunk works.

A portion of the proposed works are within the state-controlled Foxwell Road, and as such, the contractor must have a Department of Transport and Main Roads Prequalification of Roads R3 or above.

The subject must be marked "Interested in Tendering Coomera Road F", including information addressing the following criteria: evidence of DTMR prequalification, a capability statement, likely personnel & experience, workload capacity, financial capacity, nominated sub contractors (Elec. & Landscape) and relevant experience.
