South Metropolitan Health Service requires a daily supply of Pre-Prepared Foods (PPF), including sandwiches and fresh fruit salad to Fiona Stanley Hospital. PPFs are served to adult and pediatric public inpatients to meet their nutritional requirements in line with relevant Nutrition Standards Guidelines.

It is estimated that 20,000 sandwiches and 2,400 servings of sliced fresh fruit will be required per month. This estimated demand is based on the current bed occupancy at FSH and may fluctuate over the Term of the Contract. The successful Respondent must have the capacity to offer and supply all menu line items.
