This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Project scope and breakdown into trades
Refer to the attached drawings of the proposed work. A preliminary scope of work and trade schedule for tender returns is shown in the table below.

1 Preliminaries
Plant, insurances, supervision, cleaning, hand-over, administrative costs, overheads and profit.
2 Demolition and make good
Removal of sections of wall in communal areas. Removal and disposal of bath. Relocation of WC door and making good.
3 Construction
New polycarbonate roof to terrace area.
4 Painting and decorating
Preparation and painting of walls all communal areas, tiling to existing kitchens. Painting of all woodwork and existing doors to corridors and common areas. Staff doors in resident areas to match walls, and resident doors to contrast.
5 Floor Finishes
Supply and fit of new floor finishes to Living, Dining, Kitchen and Corridor spaces.
6 Joinery
New partition screens to living areas, built-in bookshelving to living areas. New sliding doors to balcony and terrace. New front doors to household, paneled to the Front of House area, and flush to the resident area.
7 Electrical Services
Review of existing services only.
8 Mechanical Services
Review of existing services only.
9 Plumbing
Review of existing services only.
10 Prime Cost & Provisional Sums
Includes appliances, fixtures and fittings in the Kitchen and furniture
11 Miscellaneous
Items not included elsewhere.
