Tender Description
The scope of the works includes the provision of Landholder Relations services to engage with landholders across Queensland to facilitate access to properties and information sharing, as required. The services will require Landholder Relations Advisors to travel to sites all around Queensland.
To support the ongoing development of the transmission network, Powerlink requires landholder relations services across the ‘acquisition of land’ and ‘construction’ phases such as:
- Accessing affected properties as required;
- Liaising with landholders to ensure nominated information is shared and understood;
- Conducting onsite inspections with landholders.
In providing these services, Powerlink will require the nominated resource to demonstrate high ethical standards and show genuine empathy towards landholders with a strong interest in understanding their property operations and matters of concern
