Tender Description
Sunwater is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the Provision of Leasing and Management Services for Light Commercial Vehicles to support operations in metropolitan and regional Queensland, across three distance elements:
- Leasing services
- Management services
- Vehicle characteristics.
This EOI is part of a two-stage selection process denoted as follows:
(a) Stage 1, invitation (i.e. this EOI) to be issued to the open market; then
(b) Stage 2, a Request for Offer (RFO) to be issued to shortlisted offerors selected by Sunwater following evaluation of stage 1.
An Offeror Briefing will be held at 9 am AEST, 1 September 2023 via MS Teams. The briefing is not mandatory. Offerors must RSVP to the event in order to receive the Teams invitation. Details on how to RSVP are contained in the EOI documentation.

Briefing
A briefing session will be held at Level 9, 515 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley at 1 Sep, 2023 9:00 AM . An Offeror Briefing will be held via MS Teams only. This is NOT an in-person event, so do not attend Sunwater offices. The Offeror briefing is not mandatory. RSVP details are available in the EOI documentation.
