Tender Description
The Principal requires the services of a suitably qualified and resourced company to undertake the operations of the West Musgrave site comprising of the Project offices and facilities (Project’ Site) and the Village, Aerodrome and maintenance services.
Requirement/Scope of Works
The Scope of Work principally includes the following:
(1) Core Village Services & Aerodrome Operations
(2) Industrial Cleaning
(3) Facilities Maintenance
Forward Looking
On the receipt of an Expression of Interest (EOI), the Principal will review and on short-listing, formally advise each successful contractor/supplier that they will be invited to participate in a
formal contract tender process.
The Principal will publish Request for Tender (RFT) documents to successful contractor/suppliers in October 2023.
Submission of Expression of Interest (EOI)
The Principal invites capable and experienced Contractor/Suppliers to register their EOI, clearly identifying their capability to execute the scope herein. The Principal will use the EOI to improve our understanding of market capability and interest, via the ICN Gateway. Suitable registrants may subsequently be invited to submit a tender for this package.
