Tender Description
The Port Authority proposes to engage a Lead Consultant to carry out the Design Services required to deliver the Moores Wharf Building Refurbishment Scope of Services.
The Lead Consultant is responsible for all elements of the concept and detailed design documentation until the point of novation and must undertake (or engage as its sub-consultants) all design disciplines required to achieve the deliverables set out in the Scope of Services.
The successful Tenderer will be required to provide evidence of completed heritage building refurbishments of similar scope to the proposed project, in the capacity of a Lead Design Services Consultant.
