Council seeks a review of its WHS Management System based on the ISO31000 Australian Standard and the WHS Legislation against the Council’s current Work Health and Safety System.

The outcomes of the review will assist in informing the Council’s draft Work Health & Safety Management Plan (SMP).

The review should encompass the Council’s WHS system and how the Council conducts its WHS activities including, but not limited to, inductions, SWMS, inductions, incidents/hazards, hierarchy controls, responsibilities, inspections, toolbox talks, risk assessments, training, competencies, high-risk activities, and relevant policies.

A Gap Analysis is also required to assist the Council in ascertaining any gaps within its documented policies with a view to alignment to the ISO31000 Australian standard and the WHS Legislation.
