Tender Description
The Office in conjunction with the Combat Sports Authority of NSW administers combat sports in NSW through the Combat Sports Act 2013 (the Act), the Combat Sports Regulation 2014 (the Regulation) and the Combat Sports Authority Rules (the Rules).
The Government is seeking to reform the Act and the Regulation and is required to complete a Regulatory Impact Assessment and produce a Regulatory Impact Statement which considers the changes to the combat sports legislative framework as well as fee increases for all industry participants.
The Office of Sport seeks a Supplier that possess the relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and technical proficiency to conduct a Regulatory Impact Assessment and produce a Regulatory Impact Statement which complies with the requirements of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989 and the Better Regulation Principles
