The Principal invites the Tenderer to submit a Tender for the construction and fit out of the new Fire Control Room (FCR) including mechanical / electrical elements. The project site is Sunshine Hospital, Furlong Road, St Albans, VIC 3021. The scope of work has been documented in the attached architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical drawings and specifications.

Companies must hold a commercial builder's license, in the appropriate category necessary to carry out the works. Western Health seeks to deliver the Project by June 2024.

The extent of the tenders being requested is detailed in the accompanying drawings and specifications; should a party choose to submit a tender response they are requested to take into account the attached trading terms, and Tender terms and conditions when developing the response.

The tenderer will need to consider the careful staging of the works as Sunshine Hospital is a facility operating in a 24-hour live environment with an Emergency Department and operating theatres.
