Tender Description
Expression of Interest to shortlist landscape architectural/urban design led consultancy service providers to develop design, and prepare the approvals submission and documentation for the George Street North Upgrade. The lead consultant shall be responsible for assembling and managing a team of sub-consultants including:
• Transport and traffic
• Services engineering (lighting, electrical, hydraulic, civil and stormwater)
• BCA and access
• Heritage

The suppliers are required to be Pre-qualified on SCM0801 – Government Architect’s Strategy & Design Scheme or verification that the pre-qualification process had commenced at the time of tendering.
