CONTRACTORS wishing to tender for the above project comprising 4 Music/Drama/Dance Studios, 1 Lecture Room, 1 Film & TV Studio, 3 General learning areas, 300 seat auditorium, and associated staff, storage, and amenities are required to register their interest. Registration should include (as a minimum):

• - Resume of work/capability statement/credit references/staffing arrangements
• - Commitment to training;
• - Location of administration;
• - Copy of Generic Safety plan and commentary on provision for site safety
• - Management experience within the Rockhampton Region
• - Resources and staffing within the Rockhampton Region

Additional information is available upon request from Tony Madden Architects. A limited number of Contractors will be asked to tender on the project. The selection of Tenderers will be at the sole discretion of the proprietor – Roman Catholic Trust Corporation for the Diocese of Rockhampton T/A Catholic Education Office Rockhampton.
