29 Grayland Street is located at the Cobden Racecourse Reserve (Premises) on Council owned land and managed by the Corangamite Shire Council (Council). A portion of these premises are leased to the Cobden Technical School. This lease ends on 18 November 2023.
Council intends to negotiate a new lease with the Cobden Technical School for a 5 year lease term which includes an additional 5 year lease term, before the date the current lease expires. The purpose of the lease is to continue maintaining and growing a vineyard, olive grove and wetland area.
