Tender Description

The Project involves the construction of a new Indoor Firing Range and offices at the southeastern portion of the existing Goulburn Police Academy.

The new Indoor Firing Range (IFR) and Weapons Tactical Training Unit (WTTU) office are single storey buildings with a GLA of approximately 2,600m2.

The scope of work for the new Indoor Firing range project includes but not limited to the followings:

  1. Design co-ordination and completion from client issued 90% design to construction documentation and certification
  2. All authority approvals
  3. Constructing new 1,525m2 firing range
  4. Construction of new 1,071m2 office building
  5. Required external building infrastructures including Extension of the existing fire hydrant system, consumer mains, new substation, main switchboard, roadway extension, parking, paths, drainage and landscaping.
